6 Releases For Rashmika In 10 Months!

Rashmika Mandanna is a young heroine who displayed huge promise at the time of her debut. Living up to the expectations, she emerged as a star heroine in less time. Even with Animal, the actress managed to score big in Hindi cinema. However, she is not seen on the big screen after Animal and the fans are badly waiting for her comeback to theatres.

The prolonged shoot schedules of multiple films she is working have become a reason for her absence for the long time. However, her fans can look forward to a packed year where she’ll showcase her talent in diverse roles across different genres. She has close to six releases linedup in the next 10 months span and we have to see how she will excel in all of these.

Starting with Pushpa 2: The Rule, Rashmika returns as Srivalli in a role said to be more nuanced and significant than in the first film. Director Sukumar is believed to have developed her character in unexpected ways.

Rashmika will also feature in the Bollywood historical epic Chava, portraying a powerful role alongside Vicky Kaushal. The film is based on the life of the Maratha hero Shambhaji.

She will be seen in The Girl Friend, directed by Rahul Ravindran. It is a promising film, majorly revolved around Rashmika’s character. The film is nearing completion and expected to release in the summer.

Additionally, Rashmika will star with Salman Khan in Sikander, an Eid release directed by the renowned A.R. Murugadoss, marking her first collaboration with the Bollywood superstar.

Meanwhile, she also has Kubera on the plate. Directed by Shekhar Kammula and starring Nagarjuna and Dhanush, the expectations are high for this project.

Rashmika will also headline the horror drama Thama from the makers of Stree 2, adding a touch of thrill and suspense to her filmography.

She also has Rainbow in her pipeline but the status of the project is unclear. Most of the confirmed projects are expected to hit the screens in the next ten months.
