Rashmika Mandanna is one of the heroines of the movie industry. She is currently enjoying the success of Pushpa 2: The Rule. In a recent interview, Rashmika committed a goof-up by mentioning that Ghilli is the remake of Mahesh Babu’s Pokiri.
Rashmika was talking about Thalapathy Vijay during this interaction. She said Vijay was the first actor she saw on the big screen. Speaking about the same, she said, “Ghilli. You know why I keep saying that I love Vijay Thalapathy, sir because it is the first film that…he was the first actor I watched in a theatre. Ghilli is a film, I think now recently I learnt that, it’s a remake of a film called Pokiri. I didn’t know. So I watched this and Appadi Podu…the song, oh my god. The majority of my life, I was performing on that song.”
However, Rashmika realized late that she made a goof up by saying that Ghilli is the remake of Pokiri but instead it is the remake of Okkadu. By the time she realized it, the netizens already trolled her.
But, she acknowledged her mistake and said sorry immediately.
