The Range Of Success Is – ‘Triple Blockbuster’

The team of Sankranthiki Vasthunnam celebrated its success in Bhimavaram with a massive crowd in attendance. The event was made even more special with the presence of a few political leaders.

Director Anil Ravipudi expressed his happiness over the overwhelming vibe in Bhimavaram. “The excitement for this movie started with the song Godari Gattu. Initially, we thought if the movie released for Sankranti became a big hit, that would be enough. But you all made it a massive blockbuster. I’m thrilled to see the compliments and revenue pouring in for the movie. This is my third victory with Venkatesh. When I used to talk about collections, he would tell me to calm down. Congratulations to Balakrishna for receiving the Padma Bhushan Award.”

Venkatesh shared his joy over the movie’s massive success, calling the people of Bhimavaram kings for their pure hearts. “When I first heard the story, I had a feeling the movie would become a hit. But you all made it a triple blockbuster.”

He continued, “We thought we’d just make the movie and move on, but seeing the collections, we’re overjoyed. All the credit for this success goes to Anil Ravipudi and his team. I was fortunate to be part of this film. This movie gave me Bhagyam and Meenu. We hope to come again next Sankranthi with another movie. I don’t give much advice, but please, don’t share your flashbacks with your partners.”

Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, which has already collected over 260 Cr in gross, is expected to cross 300 Cr during its lifetime run. The movie sees packed houses in many centres on Sunday.
