Vishwambhara Release Date Uncertain Again?

More than three decades after Jagadekaveerudu Athilokasundari, Chiranjeevi is set to return to the fantasy genre with Vishwambhara. Bimbisara fame Vashishta is the film’s director, and fans eagerly await the release date. Despite the film’s anticipation, the makers are carrying the suspense regarding the film’s release.

Initially, Vishwambhara was expected to arrive during Sankranthi, but the makers decided to step back, allowing Game Changer to take center stage. Later, May 9 was considered a potential release date, given the success of previous blockbusters like Gang Leader on that date. However, recent industry talk suggests that even this might not be feasible.

If Vishwambhara is not arriving on May 9th, other producers want to block the date immediately. Dil Raju intends to release Nithiin’s Thammudu on May 9th, but there is no clarity.

In the meantime, the speculation is growing that Vishwambhara may not arrive before June, possibly in the last week of the month. This lack of updates has disappointed Mega fans, as UV Creations has remained silent apart from releasing a few photos from the song recordings.

Meanwhile, following the mixed response to the teaser, extensive VFX work is reportedly underway, with rumors suggesting that Nag Ashwin is supervising the post-production.
