Sithara’s Pre-Debut Gift For Suriya!

Sensational Tamil actor Suriya is all set for a grand release of his next movie titled Retro. The film is directed by Karthik Subbaraj. The movie gears up for the grand release on May 1st in both Telugu and Tamil languages. Interestingly, Sithara Entertainments acquired the film’s rights for the Telugu states. Suryadevara Naga Vamsi is planning a pre-debut gift for Suriya in Telugu.

Suriya’s last film Kanguva is a big flop and it also dented his image in Telugu. Many critics pointed out the script judgment of Suriya too. He badly needs a hit and hopes that Retro will be that film which will bring him back to the success. Already, Suriya plans to make his debut in Telugu under Sithara banner.

So, we can consider that the Sithara banner plans to release Retro in a massive way so that they can grant the actor a big success even before he ventured into Telugu in a grand manner. Already, Sithara distributed Vijay’s Leo in a grand manner in Telugu. With Devara, Sithara Entertainments proved as successful distributors.

Suriya naturally has a big fan base in Telugu and if Sithara can tap that base with a good release of Retro, it would help them plan Suriya’s Telugu debut. If Retro becomes a hit, it will be a good omen for Suriya’s Telugu film. Venky Atluri is directing the film and the shoot will begin in a couple of months.
