“My Press Meet Affected Thandel A Lot” – Bunny Vas Regrets!

Recent films Game Changer and Thandel have been major victims of piracy where the HD prints of these movies landed on the internet just hours after the release. After Thandel’s pirated print came out, the film’s producer Bunny Vas held a press meet to address the issue. However, he now said that press meet affected Thandel’s collections and he regrets holding it.

Speaking in the media meet about the upcoming Telugu release of the recent Bollywood blockbuster Chhaava, Bunny Vas said that producers should not publicize piracy issues by holding press meets. When asked whether Chhaava’s pirated version will affect the Telugu version’s collections, Bunny Vas said that it is better if media and producers stop talking about piracy in public.

“People may or may not know about those pirated versions. We will give them exposure by holding press meets. Thandel was affected by my press meet. Thus, I regretted holding it,” said Bunny Vas.

Bunny Vas stated that Geetha Arts will always be the frontrunner in delivering dubbed content of good films from other languages, be it Ghajini or Kantara. He hopes to repeat the same success with the Telugu version of Chhaava.
