Actor Vijay Deverakonda joined hands with director Ravi Kiran Kola and producer Dil Raju for an action drama, tentatively titled “VD 13”. The film, which is in the pre-production stage, is all set to hit the floors soon. Meanwhile, this morning, Dil Raju has officially announced the movie’s title as “Rowdy Janardhana”.
Dil Raju held a press meet today regarding the re-release of Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. During the press meet, he was asked about the progress of his upcoming films. Replying to the same, Raju said, “Both Yellamma and Rowdy Janardhana have completed their pre-production works and are ready to hit the floors in April or May.”
Later, he realized that he had accidentally leaked VD 13’s title. After realising it, he officially confirmed it as the title of the movie. This is Dil Raju’s second collaboration with Vijay after The Family Star.
Reportedly, Rowdy Janardhana’s story will be set in the Rayalaseema region. More details about the rest of the cast and crew are expected to be announced soon.
