My son is “Proud of me” after ASOV – NKR

Nandamuri Kalyanram starrer Arjun S/O Vyjayanthi released today, with huge anticipation and excitement. The movie has legendary actress Vijayashanti returning to screen after a gap and it is the first time she and NKR have shared screen too. Their on-screen and off-screen bond as mother and son, has been attracting many.

Thrilled by the overwhelming positive response, NKR told to press that he is thrilled and happy to see what he believed and worked on, being liked by people. He also stated that his son watched the film and told him that he got shocked for a few minutes in the climax, thinking it is real.

He stated that his son told him that he is proud of him for doing such an emotional film. He further thanked producers Ashok Vardhan Muppa and Sunil Balusu and called them his family members. He thanked Ajaneesh Lokanath for his terrific BGM and director Pradeep Chilukuri for such a memorable film.

He further explained how Ashok Vardhan wanted to celebrate co-producer and his friend Sunil’s birthday. He stated that such emotion has been captured on screen by them. Well, that emotion has connected with family audiences in a big way and after Sankrantiki Vasthunnam, this is getting such huge positive response from them. The movie is set to collect big numbers for any NKR starrer in coming days.
