War 2 Teaser: Hrithik vs NTR Sets the Screen on Fire

War 2 is one of the highly anticipated releases of 2025 in Indian cinema. It also marks Jr NTR’s debut in the Hindi film industry. Directed by Ayan Mukherjee, this action thriller features Hrithik Roshan in the other lead role. The much-awaited teaser of the film was dropped today on the occasion of NTR’s birthday.

The teaser was nothing short of an action spectacle and is a feast for Tarak fans. The teaser opens with NTR’s voiceover saying, “Kabir was RAW’s best agent…But not anymore.” Then, we get introduced to Hrithik as Agent Kabir and NTR as well. We get to see glimpses of a few intense and adrenaline-filled face-offs between the actors. In the meantime, we also get a glimpse of the film’s female lead, Kiara Advani, in a glamorous avatar. The background score doesn’t stand out as we see in South Indian film teasers, but it is adequate. The cinematography shines through.

On the whole, War 2 is what you expect from the YRF Spy Universe. It has a huge star cast, high-octane action sequences, exotic foreign locations, stunning dance numbers and a sizzling leading lady. It looks like a perfect commercial package, which may work well with the masses.
