Why Krish Completely Silent on HHVM?

As the release date of Hari Hara Veera Mallu draws closer, one person’s silence is raising eyebrows, director Krish Jagarlamudi. Though he was the original director behind the film and worked on it for over four years, Krish has remained completely silent about the project, even as promotional activities have begun.

Krish not only wrote the story and screenplay for Hari Hara Veera Mallu, but also directed most of Part 1 before stepping away from the project. With Pawan Kalyan becoming increasingly occupied with his political commitments, delays mounted, and Krish eventually chose to exit the film. Producer AM Rathnam’s son, Jyothi Krishna, then took over, shooting additional scenes and completing the project in Pawan’s limited availability.

Since then, confusion has prevailed among fans and industry watchers alike. Who directed what? How much of Krish’s work remains in the final version? How much credit does he deserve?

What makes it even more surprising is Krish’s total silence. He hasn’t addressed the film publicly or shown any involvement in the promotional campaigns so far. The director has been completely absorbed in his next project, Ghati, and hasn’t given interviews or statements regarding Hari Hara Veera Mallu. This has left his fans wondering whether he’ll finally break his silence at the pre-release event or after the film hits theaters.

This isn’t the first time Krish has distanced himself from a project before its release. A similar situation played out with Manikarnika, where he was removed during the final stages, and the film was completed by Kangana Ranaut. That controversy led to public disputes over directorial credit.

Whether Krish shows up at the pre-release event or releases a video message, fans are hoping for some closure from the director who once helmed this long-delayed passion project.
