Mirai Sets New Benchmarks with 81.2 crore gross in 3 days

The Indian film industry is witnessing a once-in-a-generation phenomenon. Mirai, starring the Superhero Teja Sajja, has not only conquered Telugu states but has also stormed into national and overseas markets, rewriting the rulebook of box office success. In just three days, the film has amassed a sensational 81.2 crore worldwide gross, setting the trade on fire and audiences into frenzy.

The film’s performance across territories is being hailed as nothing short of extraordinary:

Worldwide Gross: ₹81.2 crore in 3 days, a record-shattering figure for a mid-tier hero.

North America: $1.6 million gross, with the film racing towards the coveted $2M milestone, a benchmark that cements Teja Sajja as a bankable star overseas.

Hindi Belt: ₹10 crore gross, an unprecedented achievement for a hero outside Telugu cinema’s “Big Four.” Until now, only the industry’s top-tier giants had managed such numbers in Hindi territories.

Teja Sajja’s feat is remarkable because he comes from what industry circles call the “tier-2 hero bracket.” Traditionally, such actors are expected to shine locally but rarely make an impact on a pan-Indian level. With Mirai, Teja has shattered that ceiling.

After the resounding success of HanuMan earlier this year, critics assumed it was a one-off miracle. But Mirai has proved otherwise – this is not luck; this is the making of a new-age star.

With such a roaring start, industry trackers are predicting that Mirai would achieve much bigger numbers worldwide in its full run. More importantly, the film has officially established Teja Sajja as the only actor of his generation to deliver back-to-back pan-Indian blockbusters HanuMan and Mirai.
