Nithiin in Talks with Little Hearts Director

Actor Nithiin has been on the lookout for the right script after his recent films, Robinhood and Thammudu, failed to impress the audience. His last major hit was Bheeshma in 2020, and before that, Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde in 2013. Over the years, he considered a few promising scripts, but they didn’t make success on the big screens.

After Robinhood and Thammudu, Nithiin has been carefully listening to new scripts. He was earlier supposed to team up with Vikram K Kumar after Ishq (2012), with a sports drama rumored to be titled Swari, but that project is currently on hold.

The latest update is that director Sai Marthand, who made his debut with the small but successful film Little Hearts, which earned around 40 crores at the box office, recently met Nithiin. He narrated a new comedy-drama script, a genre he has already proven with Little Hearts.

Sources say Nithiin was impressed with the narration, and his final decision is awaited. If things go ahead, Producers, Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao are likely to produce the film under Sree Venkateswara Cinemas. They have earlier worked on Love Story and Kuberaa, both directed by Sekhar Kammula.
