Veteran actor Rajendra Prasad is often attracting controversy these days. After spitting out controversial comments and later apologizing for the same, he is now back with a bold statement, which is currently trending online. During the pre-release event of Mass Jathara, Rajendra Prasad revealed that he would quit the film industry if the movie did not shock the audiences.
Speaking at the event, Rajendra Prasad said, “I will not reveal too much about the movie. But, if the audiences are not shocked after watching the film, I will quit the movie industry.”
Rajendra Prasad is one of the senior actors in the Telugu cinema who knows in and out about the industry. It is understandable if the young actors or the aspiring actors make such statements, which could be due to enthusiasm and over excitement. But when seniors like Rajendra Prasad also talk similarly, it is not received well by the audience.
Of late, it has been a trend where such overenthusiastic statements are being made only to regret later. With Rajendra Prasad making a similar statement now, we have to see to what extent his confidence will pay off.
