K-Ramp Producer Issues Apology To Media

Producer Rajesh Danda has issued a public apology following the backlash he faced for his comments during the success meet of his film K Ramp. His remarks, which were seen as offensive towards a media outlet, sparked strong criticism from the South India Digital Publishers Association (SIDPA).

In a video at today’s K-Ramp successmeet, Rajesh Danda admitted that his words were inappropriate and expressed regret for the incident. He apologized to the media community for using unparliamentary language and clarified that he did not intend to disrespect anyone.

Danda said that emotions ran high during the event and he spoke out of frustration, but he now realizes that his comments were wrong. He also mentioned that he respects the role of journalists and the media in supporting the film industry.

Following his apology, several people in the industry noted that acknowledging the mistake was a positive step, though the controversy had already drawn wide attention. Danda’s statement is being seen as an effort to mend ties with the media and maintain healthy relations going forward.
