Ram Charan was trained by top Indian boxer Neeraj Goyat for the former’s role in SS Rajamouli’s ambitious period drama RRR. The film features NTR, Alia Bhatt and Olivia in the lead roles besides Charan.
Charan who plays the role of Alluri Sitharama Raju is a cop. He is also a trained boxer. The film said to have an interesting boxing episode. For this episode, Jakkanna sought the help of Neeraj Goyat for which he readily agreed to train Charan. And Neeraj also gave his inputs for this boxing fight episode in the film.
Taking to Twitter, Neeraj posted a working still with Ram Charan and wrote, “Had a great time with @AlwaysRamCharan on set of @RRRMovie”
Due to the lockdown, the high-budgeted film’s shoot has been on hold. The film’s release which was scheduled for Jan 8, 2020 may be postponed. NTR will be seen as revolutionary leader Komaram Bheem. However, Rajamouli has taken fictional characters to resemble Bheem & Sitaramaraju.
