However, it appears that Rohit has taken this negative feedback very seriously as he started to work on his fitness and has completed a remarkable makeover.
In the ongoing ODI match against South Africa, Rohit Sharma looks like an absolute beast on the field as he has transformed into a slim and athletic look. There is a lot of change in terms of his gameplay and presence on the field as well.
Rohit looks very sharp with his batting style, and he is very quick with between the wickets as well, which wasn’t the case in the recent past. He has clearly undergone an athletic transformation and looks much more agile now.
This is the kind of fitness that was expected from Rohit. If he really wanted to be a part of the 2027 World Cup and it is good to see the veteran player put up the hard work to achieve that result.
