Nikhil’s Swayambhu Pushed To Summer

Nikhil’s upcoming Pan-India extravaganza Swayambhu is currently in post-production, with the entire shoot already completed. The makers initially planned a February 13th release for Maha Shivaratri, but the film has now been postponed to April 10th for a summer arrival.

Directed by Bharat Krishnamachari and produced by Bhuvan and Sreekar of Pixel Studios, with Tagore Madhu presenting, Swayambhu features extensive CGI work. The team has handed over the post-production to leading VFX studios in the country. Instead of rushing for an early release and ending up with half-baked visuals, they chose to allow ample time for quality output.

Summer is also considered a more favourable window for a large-scale Pan-India release. An official announcement is expected soon.

Nikhil plays a legendary warrior, with Samyuktha and Nabha Natesh starring opposite him. The film has already generated strong buzz with its Rise Of Swayambhu video.
