SS Rajamouli is one of the highly respected and reputed directors in World and Indian Cinema. He had always been vocal about his respect towards Industry legends like Singeetham Srinivasa Rao in many of his previous interviews and at events. He expressed his big excitement for the legend’s return to direction with SSR61.
SSR on his Instagram story wrote, “Every film of his leaves a distinct mark and pushes both directors and audiences to think a step ahead. One of my favourites, Singeetham Srinivasa Rao garu is back to cinema. Looking forward to it and wishing you a big one sir.”
While Rajamouli expressed his excitement, another highly reputed director Nag Ashwin is producing the film on Vyjayanthi Movies. He always maintained that Singeetham is his guru and took his creative guidance for Kalki 2898 AD as well. With such big talents backing the film, SSR61 has become the most awaited event films.
