Vijay and Rashmika Set to Tie the Knot on This Date?

Tollywood lovebirds Vijay Devarakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have been maintaining utmost privacy regarding their wedding date and venue despite widespread speculations in the media. Till now, they didn’t even officially announce about their engagement which took place in October last year. 

Now, the latest reports suggest that the duo will tie the nuptial knot on February 26th at the iconic Udaipur palace in Rajasthan. It will be a destination wedding in the presence of family members and relatives. Only a few close friends from film industry are likely to be invited for this intimate ceremony. 

Both Vijay and Rashmika have mutually decided to make this a close-knit family affair with limited presence of friends. There will be no media coverage as well. However, the pair is likely to throw a grand reception party in Hyderabad and invite the who’s who of film industry. 

Rashmika has been closely monitoring the marriage arrangements despite her busy schedule. She flew down to Udaipur a few times in the last couple of months to oversee the preparations. Both of them are currently busy working for the upcoming period drama Rana Baali. They will take a break from the shooting formalities to kick start pre-wedding festivities and rituals. 

Vijay and Rashmika reportedly fell in love after working together for films like Geetha Govindham and Dear Comrade. They were spotted travelling together for vacations several times. However, they never disclosed about their relationship, but dropped enough hints for the media and fans to keep guessing. 

Even the engagement ceremony took place in secrecy with no prior announcement. Despite constant queries during their public appearances, both stars largely remained unresponsive about the rumours. They are finally going to enter into wedlock to put an end to all rumours.
