Kamal × Rajini Glimpse: Who’s The Hero?

Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan and Superstar Rajinikanth are celebrated stars of Indian cinema. The duo will appear on screen together, and the shoot will commence soon. Announcing the same, the makers released a glimpse featuring both the stars, along with the film’s director Nelson and music director Anirudh Ravichander.

Decorated in retro style, the announcement video reveals to us a fun banter between the director and the music director. Later, in a cheeky style, we also get to see Rajini and Kamal dressed in their retro getups and walking into a garage with style and swag. The glimpse ultimately leaves us with the question, “Who is the hero of the movie?”

Red Giant Pictures are bankrolling the film and Anirudh will compose the music for the film. The current film marks the reunion of Rajinikanth with Kamal Haasan, as the duo was last seen together in the 1979 fantasy film Allauddinum Albhutha Vilakkum.

The interesting element of the announcement glimpse is that Rajini gave his own voice for the video. Kamal usually does that and for the first time, Rajini also lent his vocals. Now, we have to see if Rajini repeats it for the entire movie.

Nelson earlier worked with Rajinikanth in Jailer and their second collaboration Jailer 2 is also in production. The current project will be their third time collaboration while Kamal is working with Nelson for the first time.
