It is a common practice for actresses to wear super stylish and often revealing outfits for public events and award functions. Incidentally, it was the turn of actress Nidhii Agerwal to do the same as she partook in the Filmfare awards event and quickly became a topic of discussion.
Incidentally, Nidhhi wore a stylish designer wear outfit to this event and the point of attention here is that she used an assistant to help her with the outfit which had an elongated ending.
The video of Nidhii walking the red carpet while her assistant carries the back end of the dress to facilitate movement and prevent strangling is now trending all over. There is a very strong negative reaction to the same on social media as people are committing that Nidhii mustn’t have used an assistant just to carry her dress.
A social media user commented that the dignity of the man is in jeopardy as he has been reduced to a simple dress bearer in public. Another social media user commented that money can make many things happen and it’s sad to see the assistant being in such a redundant position for the sake of money.
While some Telugu individuals are commenting that she might have worn these kinds of costumes to counter the controversial remarks made by a senior Telugu actor on modern dressing, which sparked a serious controversy just months ago.
But the point to be noted here is that Nidhhi is a soft person by nature and doesn’t indulge in controversies. Even when she was mobbed and strangled by fans at a public event, a couple of months ago, she did not make a scene of it or file a complaint. She comes across as a humble individual. So this incident regarding an assistant bearing her dress might not have been intentional.
