Was Rakul Ignored On Stage? Influencer Breaks Silence

A small incident at a recent awards event turned into a big talking point on social media, dragging Rakul Preet Singh into unexpected controversy. A video that surfaced online showed an influencer receiving an award from Rakul and walking away without acknowledging her. Within no time, the clip went viral, with many netizens claiming that the actress was publicly insulted on stage.

The visuals triggered heated debates, with several users criticising the influencer for allegedly disrespecting Rakul in front of a packed audience. Memes and opinion posts followed, amplifying the narrative that the actress had been slighted at a public event.

However, the influencer has now broken his silence and shared his side of the story. According to him, moments before he went on stage, an elderly woman received an award from Rakul, and he claims that she did not shake hands or properly acknowledge the woman. 

Witnessing that interaction, the influencer says he chose to simply collect his trophy and leave, as he did not want to put himself in an awkward situation. The influencer adds that he never imagined disrespecting her and did not analyze that such a controversy would even be created.
