Thiruveer has made an emotional revelation that has struck a chord with many. Speaking candidly, the actor shared how he had to miss performing the last rites of his parents due to movie continuity commitments.
Speaking to Gulte he says “Because of movie continuity issues, I couldn’t perform the last rites for my parents. Relatives even scolded me, saying, ‘You’re the only son, and you couldn’t even do this much?’ I have to carry that guilt forever,” he said.
The statement highlights the kind of personal sacrifices actors often make behind the scenes, far away from the glamour of cinema. Despite the emotional toll, Thiruveer has continued to stay committed to his craft.
Over the years, his films have earned critical acclaim, but commercial success has remained elusive due to various reasons.
However, things seem to be aligning differently this time with Papam Prathap. The actor is said to be quite confident about the film, especially with strong backing and effective promotions.
Another advantage is the current box office scenario, with no Big releases competing in the same window. This gives Papam Prathap a fair chance to reach a wider audience.
If the film manages to generate positive word of mouth, it could finally give Thiruveer the breakthrough he truly deserves.
