Through initiatives like the Chiranjeevi Charitable Trust, the Chiranjeevi Blood Bank, and the Eye Bank, he has consistently extended support to people in need, proving that his stardom shines just as brightly off-screen.

Meanwhile, he extended 10.5 lakhs to makeup artist Sivanath for an urgent heart surgery and personally visited him at Apollo Hospitals, offering not just financial help but emotional reassurance.

He also reached out to the family of his former manager KV Narasaiahh, contributing 9.5 lakhs for his wife’s bypass surgery. His timely support provided crucial relief when the family was struggling the most.

When members of the film unions reached out for support, Chiranjeevi wasted no time in stepping in. He assured them he would take care of everything, negotiated a reduction in the hospital charges, and ultimately cleared the remaining bill himself in both the cases.

Within a single week, Chiranjeevi donated a total of 20 lakhs toward medical emergencies, reaffirming why he is celebrated not only for his films but also for his rare sense of humanity.

It is known that, he recently donated his entire NTR Award prize money of 10 lakhs to various charitable trusts and an additional 5 lakhs to the Telugu Film Journalists’ Association.
