WATCH: Decoding Dacoit With Adivi Sesh

Gulte.com Journalist Nishant sat with Actor Adivi Sesh to discuss his recent release, Dacoit.

We started of the discussion about how Sesh approaches Script writing sessions, how he selects the young ADs to work for the Projects, and how they can approach him.

We discussed about the Pacy Editing Pattern used in the film, the idea to have Gyaani for the Background Score, and the idea to replace Shruti Hassan due to creative differences.

We asked about their choice to portray Heroine as Antagonist in the Promotional Content while they chose to show her likable in love episode and victim in the later portions of the film.

Sesh explained that it was their cautious decision to underplay Caste and COVID because they thought it will dominate the love story. But we asked if that diluted the role of Prakash Raj who plays the villain.

We also asked him why they set high expectations with the Jail Break episodes but later disappointed with Heist Dramas.

Watch the full episode for an interesting conversation.
