Nandamuri Balakrishna has cultivated the habit to do films in quick succession without taking much gaps unlike other seasoned stars of his generation. While shooting for his upcoming film with Gopichand Malineni, Balayya has green signalled another exciting project and it will be helmed by Koratala Siva.
Even before its launch, the film with Koratala Siva has become a talking point because of the unique combination and also due to the fact that music sensation Anirudh Ravichander is going to render the tunes for Balakrishna for the first time.
Interestingly, the makers of both these films are gearing up to give a birthday treat to Balakrishna’s fans on June 10. The first teaser and title reveal reveal from Gopichand’s film and a special glimpse from Koratala Siva’s movie are likely to be out on the same day. While it will be a double treat for sure, a surprising music battle is expected to take place on the big day.
On one side, it will be SS Thaman who is working for Balakrishna and Malineni film. The other side it is going to be Anirudh Ravichander for Koratala Siva again after Devara.
Thaman has already emerged as a fan favourite for Balakrishna’s films with his stupendous track record. His thunderous and pulse pounding score gave goosebumps to moviegoers in films like Akhanda, Daaku Maharaj and Veera Simha Reddy.
For his signature style background score and foot tapping songs that suits Balakrishna’s mannerisms, he has been rewarded with the nickname Nandamuri Thaman by fans and audiences alike. This time, he is once again expected repeat the magic and deliver the best for Gopichand’s film.
Meanwhile, the unexpected wildcard came in the form of Anirudh for Koratala’s film. Given the ability of Anirudh to blend mass tunes with contemporary music that can resonate to all sections of moviegoers, the combination of Anirudh and Balayya has turned into a most awaited one as fans are eagerly waiting to see Balayya’s energy with Anirudh’s full-blown mass album.
So, all eyes are on June 10 on who will drop the biggest banger for Balakrishna’s birthday. It is going to be Thaman’s thunderstorm on Anirudh’s pulsating score. No doubt, fans will be expecting both of them to deliver a memorable birthday treat.
