Ram Charan Connects Peddi To Sultan & Dangal

Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s Peddi trailer was launched today in Mumbai, and many are calling it one of the best trailer cuts in recent times. Social media has also responded with overwhelming positivity, praising the content, Ram Charan’s performance, Buchi Babu Sana’s conviction, and the film’s technical brilliance.

Producer Venkata Satish Kilaru called Peddi an exceptional film. “I want to thank my director Buchi Babu, who worked extremely hard and got everything he needed from Ram Charan. Charan suffered several injuries during the shoot. AR Rahman’s music is extraordinary. It has been a long time since he worked on a Telugu film, and he poured his heart into this one. Janhvi Kapoor also worked incredibly hard.”

Buchi Babu thanked Ram Charan for the great opportunity for just his second film. “Charan suffered many injuries while working on this project. Janhvi is already a big heroine, and she is extremely hardworking. She will rise to the level of her mother. Working with Rahman has been a dream come true for me- his songs are incredible. Because of Divyenndu, this film became even closer to Gen Z audiences. R Rathnavelu gave his whole heart to this movie. And happy birthday to my producer Venkata Satish Kilaru. Janhvi Kapoor said that Buchi Babu is “the biggest rowdy director in India.” She added, “Buchi Babu has become one of my best friends. I used to chatter endlessly on set. Working with Ram Charan is genuinely one of the greatest honours of my life. Because of all the love people have given my mom and Chiranjeevi over the years, I understand how special this association is. We’ve given a piece of our hearts to Peddi.”

Ram Charan spoke about how special the film is to him. “This movie has become a part of every cell in our bodies. I want to thank Buchi Babu especially for convincing Rahman to join the project. Every movie has four or five pillars, but Rahman is the central pillar of this film. Divyenndu is a true gangster. He carries every word and every expression with swagger and a unique body language.

Janhvi, thank you. I’ve never seen such a diligent person. She rehearsed tirelessly. On the last day, we shot a song after 85 continuous days of filming. I was learning it on set, but she had quietly perfected it back in Mumbai, she performed 100 times better than me. My dad and Sridevi worked together. Our families and fans always wanted the next generation to collaborate. This pairing will not disappoint you.

This film became a reality because of Buchi Babu. In the last 25–30 days, we shot the kusthi sequences. I asked him to bring trained fighters, but he brought real pehelwaans. They held me tight, and that’s how the injury happened. But it has now become a beautiful memory.
