From the moment Naga Chaitanya and Priyadarshan publicly praised the film before release, expectations around Balan: The Boy were exceptionally high. Judging by the reactions at its latest celebrity screening in Hyderabad, the film has not only met those expectations but exceeded them.
Actress Shriya Kontham admitted that she found it difficult to articulate her feelings after the screening. She described the film as a rare cinematic achievement and said that despite featuring only a handful of major characters, each role delivered a memorable and impactful performance.
Producer Niharika Konidela also expressed admiration for the makers, noting that the film excelled in every technical and creative aspect. She praised Chidambaram’s direction and credited the team for crafting an emotionally rich and technically polished cinematic experience.
As more celebrities continue to endorse the film, Balan: The Boy is rapidly establishing itself as one of the most talked-about films of the year. The unanimous praise suggests that audiences can expect a deeply moving theatrical experience.
The film is produced by Venkat K Narayana and Shailaja Desai under KVN Productions and Thespian Films. The film is running successfully in theatres now. Annapurna Studios gave grand release to the film in Telugu states.
