Will Spider-Man Spoil Nolan’s Odyssey Mass In India?

Legendary Hollywood film maker, Christopher Nolan reignited the big screens with his latest film Odyssey which opened to mixed reaction, but is still setting the box office on absolute fire. In fact, this film is outperforming new theatrical films like Chennai Love Story and Thalapathy Vijay’s Jana Nayagan in many cities in terms of advance bookings. 

However, this film is going to face a significant and straightforward challenge with the new outing from the Spiderman franchise preparing for release next weekend. 

The new Spiderman film is preparing for release on July 30, and it happens to be one of the better anticipated films from this franchise in recent times. This will naturally help its cause at the box office domestically and also globally. 

Considering the popularity of Marvel characters in India, it is a matter of fact that Spiderman will obviously open big in the domestic circuit. The advance bookings have already been very promising as well.

The point to be noted here is that is a direct competition to Odyssey as it caters to the exact same A center audience who are the lifeline for Nolan’s Odyssey. With the direct conflict between these two films, we have to see if the newly releasing Spiderman can spoil the party for Nolan’s Odyssey in India.
