Ravi Namburi Credits Sai Rajesh for Blockbuster Opportunity

Chennai Love Story, a romantic drama, starring Kiran Abbavaram and Sri Gouri Priya, has turned into a major box office success by entering the ₹50 crore club while receiving widespread appreciation from audiences and the industry alike.

Director Ravi Namburi has credited filmmaker Sai Rajesh for playing a defining role in his journey. Reflecting on the film’s origins, Ravi revealed that Sai Rajesh personally narrated the story to him. He said the emotional depth of the script and the creative challenge it presented immediately convinced him to take up the project.

Ravi also shared that the two worked together on the screenplay, while he took charge of writing the dialogues. The debut director said collaborating with Sai Rajesh proved to be a valuable learning experience. He added that his previous work in the dialogue department for Prathi Roju Pandage and Pakka Commercial helped him contribute effectively to the film and shape its emotional tone.

Ravi further expressed happiness over the overwhelming appreciation for the film’s dialogues, stating that the positive response from audiences has given him confidence in his writing and filmmaking abilities. He believes Chennai Love Story has become a memorable beginning to his directorial career.
