Varun Tej’s KOKA Premiere Record

The early gamble has worked well for Mega Prince Varun Tej’s horror and hilarious entertainer Korean Kanakaraju, directed by Merlapaka Gandhi. Instead of waiting for the regular release, the makers opted for paid premieres, and the response has exceeded expectations.

The film recorded outstanding occupancy across its premiere shows, with a majority running to full houses. Out of 125 premiere shows 100 shows witnessed housefuls. More importantly, the audience response after the screenings has been largely positive, creating a wave of excitement ahead of the theatrical release.

Moviegoers are appreciating the film’s horror-comedy mix, while Varun Tej’s makeover in two different shaded roles, his hilarious performance, and Satya’s presence are emerging as the biggest talking points.
