By now it has become an open secret that hunk hero Prabhas is doing two films at the same time that deal with time travel. And now, it is being heard that four more movies are going to compete with the Baahubali star with a similar content getting ready. Here’s an interesting snippet.
In fact, Prabhas’ film Radhe Shyam is not a typical time travel movie, but then the film has storyline switching from vintage to modern eras effortlessly. There is no predominant time travel in this movie but only the story travels between two timelines. And then, we have Prabhas’ next with Nag Ashwin of Mahanati fame, which is rumoured to be a sequel of Aditya 369 movie. And that’s a pure time travel film with lots of fantasy, science fiction and adventure stories.
Guess what, now there are films coming up like this one, a love story between a girl from 1980s and a boy from 2020s in Tollywood. We hear that hero Rajasekhar’s elder daughter Sivani is doing a film based on that theme which has ‘Zombie Reddy’ Teja as the leading man. Similarly, a couple of other makers and newcomers are also coming up with time travel films now. It looks like all these films are competing with the stories of Prabhas’ film.
For the kind of budgets that get invested in a Prabhas movie, definitely, these low budgeted time-travel themed movies are no match. But then, people will eagerly compare the content because watching movies with similar themes in and around the same time always gives a kick to them. All said and done, hope al these films will excite the audiences.
