Charming Star Sharwa is enjoying the best phase of his career with consecutive hits, and he is hoping to continue the success streak with George Krish. This marks his first association with director Sreenu Vaitla, whereas Anil Sunkara who previously made hits with both the actors and the director is bankrolling the project.
Marking director Sreenu Vaitla’s birthday, the makers have released First Booster of the movie. Two names, two different identities and two completely contrasting situations, the First Booster gives a quirky introduction to the world.
George Krish takes Sreenu Vaitla into a fresh setting without moving away from the filmmaker’s signature territory of comedy and family entertainment. The director builds the narrative around distinctive characters and situations that can generate humour while keeping the proceedings accessible to audiences of all age groups.
The First Booster instantly draws attention with Sharwa appearing in two religious avatars. As George, he represents a Christian character, while Krish is presented as a Hindu. In both settings, Sharwa is shown immersed in devotion, but the contrasting treatment gives the scenes a distinctly comic flavour.
His expressive performance becomes one of the major attractions of the glimpse. Sharwa also undergoes a noticeable makeover for the film, sporting 3 different looks throughout the glimpse. Manasa Varanasi, who plays the female lead, looks graceful.
Cinematographer KV Guhan’s visuals are very stylish, whereas Anup Rubens’ score sets fun mood all through.
George Krish will reach cinemas on January 14, with the First Blast landing like a fun-filled rocket and promising wholesome entertainment for the Sankranti.
