Supreme Hero Sai Durgha Tej, who is awaiting the release of SYG, signed another exciting project. Actor turned director Teja Kakumanu, who appeared in films like Baahubali, and directed the web series Save The Tigers 3, is venturing into feature films as a director with the new film #SDT19.
The project was officially announced on Sai Durgha Tej’s birthday, bringing together three talents with different strengths and a shared commitment to ambitious filmmaking. Teja’s transition to feature filmmaking comes with a subject he has developed with a clear creative vision, aiming to bring out a fresh facet of Sai Durgha Tej’s screen presence.
Producer Anil Sunkara will back this new combination through AK Entertainments, a banner associated with both commercial spectacles and content-driven productions. His involvement is expected to support the film’s ambitious vision with the necessary scale and production quality.
With the announcement now official, the team is preparing to move into production. The regular shoot is set to begin this month, while further information about the cast, crew and other details will be revealed in the coming days.
