Venu Udugula made his debut as a director with the film Needhi Naadhi Oke Katha. The director tasted success in the first film and immediately got a chance to work with Rana Daggubati for the film Virata Parvam. The director is also venturing into the OTT space successfully.
Venu Udugula is already adapting Chalam’s Maidanam into a web film for Aha Video. At the same time, the director is also in plans to produce a web series. The buzz is that Vennela Kishore is in talks to play the lead role in the series.
Venu Udugula is currently busy with the shoot of Virata Parvam. On a parallel note, he is working on the web series script. One of his associates will direct the web series. The details of the story, genre, and the number of episodes are currently kept under wraps.
Aha video is in plans to release a series of web series projects this year and one of them is going to be the current one. The complete details about the project will come out soon.
