In director Buchi Babu Sana’s words, there’s purity in stories set in rural backdrop. Power Star Pawan Kalyan who watched his nephew Vaishnav Tej’s Uppena trailer and other promotional stuff opined the same and he compared the film with Rangasthalam and Dangal.
“The films which tell the stories of the lives we are acquainted with and the films which explore our nativity will be retained in our memories for ages. The emotions in films like ‘Rangasthalam’ and ‘Dangal’ will be remembered for a long time. The emotions in ‘Uppena’ are also sure to charm the audience,” said Pawan Kalyan.
He is also all praises for Vaishnav Tej for picking a difficult role. Pawan also appreciated director Buchi Babu for coming up with a good film and wished producers, artists and all the technical crew of Uppena all the very best.
