Rakul Locked Up With Lakshmi Manchu

Not many know that, Rakul Preet Singh has been feeding nearly 200 poor people in Mumbai with help of her parents daily. While some are depressed and very few are hopeful of getting back to normal life, after the lockdown. Rakul says life is pretty normal for her in the lockdown and it indeed helped her lot in many ways.

The actress during her chat session with Manchu Lakshmi- ‘Locked Up With Lakshmi’ shared many interesting things. The actress affirms, “We can’t fight nature and we should be aware of it. Helping needy in such tough times is really important.”

Rakul Preet Singh is workaholic who usually does multiple projects in a calendar year. She is starring in Nithiin’s film with Chandrasekhar Yeleti and couple of Bollywood projects one each with Arjun Kapoor and John Abraham.

About the difference she found in Tollywood and Bollywood, she enlightens, “On shoot days, I wake up at 5 AM and I’ll be on sets by 7 AM. Pack up of the day’s work here is at 6 PM. But, we work on shift system in Bollywood. It’s 9 AM to 9 PM.”

Rakul says she loves what she does. “I know what my passion is. And I love what I do. We need to respect our work.”
