We all are aware of how the COVID-19 pandemic had affected the theatrical business in India. Finally, the government allowed the theatres to reopen in December last year. However, the early releases didn’t bring back that euphoria in theatres. It is Ravi Teja’s Krack that brought back the lost glory to the cinema halls in the Telugu states.
Directed by Gopichand Malineni, Krack had hit the theatres on January 9th, during the Pongal festive season. The movie gained a unanimous positive talk right from day one and the advantage of the Pongal holidays helped it to earn big at the box office. Even though most of the theatres ran with half-occupancy due to COVID-19 guidelines, Krack managed to earn big.
The audiences of Telugu cinema always love commercial films if they are done in the right way. Krack is a perfect dish that had all the right commercial ingredients. The film celebrates 50 days of its release today and fans are also celebrating the occasion on social media. Krack featured Shruti Haasan, Varalakshmi Sarathkumar and Samuthirakani in the other pivotal roles.
