In an unfortunate incident, 31-year-old talented Punjabi singer Diljaan passed away. He met with a road accident near Amritsar on Tuesday while he was on his way to Kartarpur. According to news reports, the mishap took place when Diljaan’s car had rammed into a parked truck on the roadside on Amritsar-Jalandhar GT road. Diljaan was alone in the car and he was behind the wheel.
Though he was rushed to a local private hospital, on arrival, doctors have declared that he was brought dead. Diljaan’s mortal remains have been sent for post-morten.
Diljaan was survived by wife and children, who are in Canada. They have been informed about the tragedy. This tragedy has sent shockwaves among Punjab music industry. Celebs have condoled the untimely demise of the talented singer.
