Veteran Telugu playback singer G Anand passed away last evening due to Covid complications. G Anand was infected with Covid and is being treated for the last few days.
G Anand suffered breathing issues due to low oxygen levels and he was arranged a ventilator bed. But the veteran singer succumbed to Covid. G Anand breathed his last evening on May 6th evening.
G Anand was first introduced by Navata Krishnam Raju music director GK Venkatesh in Tamil Nadu in 1976. His debut song Oka Venuvu became an instant hit and of course his career-best.
G Anand gave his voice to many star heroes back then after Ghantasala’s demise.
