The entire nation is currently fighting the COVID crisis. From common men to politicians and celebrities, everyone is actively taking part in the battle with Corona Virus. In order to help the government officials, the celebrities are pledging donations to handle the crisis. The latest is Tamil actor Suriya’s family pledging a donation of one crore to the Tamil Nadu government in battling the crisis situation in the state.
Suriya. along with his father Sivakumar and brother Karthi personally met the Tamilnadu state chief minister MK Stalin today and handed over the 1 Cr cheque. They also wished MK Stalin for taking up charge as the new chief minister of the state. The generous gesture by Suriya’s family is receiving a lot of appreciation from one and all.
Suriya is one of the COVID warriors. In February, Suriya tested positive for the virus but he recovered without any complications. He along with his brother Karthi are actively advocating the people and fans to take safety measures while stepping out.
