One is an ultra mass hero who enjoys a huge fan base. Be it Asuran or Karnan, Dhanush tries to push boundaries with every film of his and makes sure he delivers his best.
He is now going to team up with aesthetic filmmaker Sekhar Kammula who is well-known for his feel-good films. As per the reliable sources, the duo is collaborating and this is raising many eyebrows in Tollywood and Kollywood alike. Apparently, Dhanush is impressed with the story narrated by the Fidaa director and given his go ahead. It is said to have a universal appeal and the film is going to be a PAN India film.
Dhanush is not new to Hindi audiences. He has tried his luck with Raanjhanaa and he turned many heads with his acting prowess. He also acted alongside Amitabh Bachchan for Shamitabh. The latter ended up as a disappointment at the Box Office. He has recently completed work for another Bollywood movie titled as Atrangi Re which features Akshay Kumar and Sara Ali Khan. But this is the first time Dhanush is teaming up with a South director for a Pan India movie which is raising curiosity.
This multi-lingual film is bankrolled by Asian Cinemas’ Sunil Narang. A formal announcement of the movie is expected on 18th June, 2021 at 9 AM coinciding with the birth anniversary of his mother Late Smt. Sunita Narang. Telugu directors and production houses are no doubt expanding their base which is a good sign.
