Star writer Vijayendra Prasad has tested positive of Covid-19. Taking to Facebook, Vijayendra Prasad made this announcement and suggested the people who met him in the last few days to get tested. The ‘Baahubali’ writer also requested well-wishers not to call for the next two weeks and he hopes to recover at the earliest.
This created a panic in director SS Rajamouli’s compound. Earlier Rajamouli and his brother Keeravani have tested positive for the novel virus and recovered. This is delaying the works of ‘RRR’ movie as well.
Meanwhile India has reported 1,15,736 new positive cases in the last 24 hours. This is the biggest spike ever since the outbreak of the virus. 630 people have died yesterday and the total death tally is 1,66,177.
So far Covid-19 vaccine has been administered to 8,70,77,474.
