Kangana Ranaut’s prestigious project “Tejas,” had its theatrical release on October 27, 2023. Despite receiving average reviews from critics, the action thriller turned out to be a box office disappointment. In fact, Kangana pinned big hopes on the film’s success but it failed miserably.
Now, after almost two months, the film is gearing up for a grand release on Zee5 platform. The film is set to premiere on the OTT platform ZEE5 on January 5, 2024.
The storyline revolves around Tejas Gill, an Indian Air Force pilot (played by Kangana Ranaut), who embarks on a mission to rescue an Indian spy with highly confidential information while confronting her own haunted memories from a tragic past.
The film also features Anshul Chauhan, Varun Mitra, Ashish Vidyarthi, Vishak Nair, Mohan Agashe, and others in significant roles. The film is both written and directed by Sarvesh Mewara and produced by Ronnie Screwvala.
