Netflix Leaks Woman Phone Number by Mistake

Netflix dropped the much-awaited season 2 of Squid Game. The first season became a big hit, and the second season is now trending online .The second season has failed to meet these high expectations. Released on Netflix over the Christmas weekend, the second season has faced massive backlash from audiences worldwide.

Meanwhile, the streaming giant also slipped into an issue by unknowingly publicizing the phone number of a South Korean woman. Realising their mistake sooner, the streaming platform edited out the number.

Going into the details, Squid Game caused significant trouble for Kim Gil-young, whose phone number was unknowingly used in the show. Fans constantly called and texted, disrupting her life. Netflix edited out the real phone number after the issue was reported, and requested fans to stop contacting her.

Putting an end to the three-year wait, the second season was out recently. But, from the pacing to the creative nature of the show, everything has been criticized.
