However, there is no confirmation that the family living in this particular house was on an H-1B visa or that they left because of deportation or immigration action. The video only shows that the house was apparently left with many belongings behind.

The timing of the video is interesting because many Indian tech workers in the US are already worried about layoffs and changes to H-1B rules. Dallas-Fort Worth is one of the major tech hubs in the US and has a large Indian professional community.

For an H-1B worker, losing a job can create pressure to find another employer quickly. Under the current rules, eligible workers can generally get a grace period of up to 60 days after losing their job. But the Trump administration has proposed removing this grace period, creating more uncertainty for foreign workers.
