Paadayatra Politics : Bandi Sanjay vs Kishan Reddy ?

Telangana BJP chief Bandi Sanjay was supposed to kick off his Paadayatra tomorrow but it received an unexpected break. Apparently the central BJP leadership asked Bandi Sanjay to postpone his Paadayatra in view of former CM Kalyan Singh’s demise during the weekend.

The BJP leadership asked Bandi Sanjay to go ahead with Paadayatra from August 28th. As ordered by the high command, the Karimnagar MP changed his mind to begin the Paadayatra.

However, there are rumours within T-BJP that union minister Kishan Reddy is opposing Bandi Sanjay’s Paadayatra. Even before Bandi’s Paadayatra, Kishan Reddy embarked on a small tour within Hyderabad city limits and political experts opine that Kishan Reddy deliberately initiated his tour to display his dominance in the T-BJP.

These internal conflicts are causing a worry among the T-BJP cadre but Bandi Sanjay is firm to take off his Paadayatra later this week despite the criticism of constant delay. He is expected to cover all the 119 Assembly segments in the state.
