CM Jagan’s Posh Bungalow In Vizag

CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy, who is going to shift to Executive Capital Visakhapatnam along with the state administration, is building a huge mansion in the city. According to sources, CM Jagan has identified 2.5 acres of land on a hill. The bungalow will have beach-view. The construction works have already begun. It is learnt that the works are happening at a blitzkrieg pace.

Reportedly, the bungalow construction along with its plush interior would cost about a whopping Rs 300 Crore. A noted architect has given the plan as per Jagan’s interest and the construction is being done by a reputed firm. A state-of-art pool, gym and other amenities are going to stand out in this bungalow. Plants will be imported and planted for greenery. Jagan along with family will be moving to this bungalow as soon as the works are completed.

Jagan personally owns bungalows in Tadepalli, Hyderabad’s Lotus Pond residence and Bangalore besides his family’s house in Idupulapaya. Vizag house will be the latest addition to the list of his immovable assets.
