Three days back a 45 year old businessman committed suicide along with his wife and twin daughters by setting themselves on fire. This incident was reported at Paloncha town in Bhadradri-Kothagudem district and in the preliminary probe, it was found that a TRS MLA’s son was involved.
The victim is identified as Naga Ramakrishna and he left suicide note and freshly a video also surfaced on social media in which Ramakrishna made shocking accusations against Kothagudem MLA and TRS leader Vanama Venkateswara Rao’s son Vanama Raghavendra Rao.
In the video Ramakrishna said that “MLA’s son Raghava intervened in my family’s internal settlement. To put this conflict to rest I approached Raghava but he asked me to get my wife to Hyderabad and informed me that he would resolve the matter then. No man would like to hear such words about his wife from a third person and I was shell shocked. I’m a common man and I can’t fight against this corrupt leader, so I’m taking this drastic decision,” said Ramakrishna.
The victim also accused his mother and sister of being vengeful and alleged that Raghava had an illegal affair with Ramakrishna’s sister. This video of Ramakrishna has gone viral.
Oppositions slammed TRS party and the MLA’s son. T-PCC chief Revanth Reddy demanded to suspend the MLA Vanama and punish Raghava. “It’s been three days that the incident happened. Does CM KCR has any knowledge of this incident? What is his intelligence doing?” questioned Revanth.
The TRS party/government is yet to comment on this incident while the police are speeding up the investigation. An FIR was lodged against Vanama Raghava but the police yet to question him based on the suicide note and video.
