Telangana IT minister KTR revealed a big detail about his health and added that he is suffering from diabetes. “16 years back, I went for a regular health check-up and learned that I’m diabetic. Since then I have been extremely conscious about my health,” said KTR.
The TRS working president opened up about his health for the first time on a public platform and he made these comments taking part in a new health initiative launched by the TRS government. When it was KTR’s turn to speak, his comments stunned the people.
The TRS government has roped in 220 health teams who will be visiting door-to-door and conduct health check-ups for people related to diabetes, BP, Kidney and liver issues. “Telangana government cares for its people and these initiatives will be helpful for everyone. By doing so, we can maintain the health profile of people and accordingly they can be treated at any multi-speciality hospital,” added KTR.
Diabetes is a serious concern to a majority of the population in the country and these people need to have a proper diet to keep it under control. Being a high profile minister and politician, KTR must be extra cautious to balance it.
